Yoga with Shanti and Michelle Oliver

We are extremely excited to present the return of a beautiful collaboration at Shanticentre... Shanti and Michelle Oliver will work together to bring you a yoga retreat from the heart with Sivananda, Vinyasa flow and deep meditation work.

Michelle trained at the British School of Yoga, where she qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2009. She has studied Ashtanga and qualified as a Sivananda yoga teacher in 2014.

Michelle's teaching style varies from gentle Hatha flow to the more dynamic Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa flow. She has always been drawn to the traditional style of Ashtanga and Sivananda yoga and shares the joys of both in her classes.

Shanti has studied many forms of yoga, most notably Sivananda, Integral, Iyengar and Ashtanga. She has mastered the art of creating fun, energising and transformative yoga retreats and now runs holidays all around the world.

This is a great oportunity to benefit from the teachings and experience of both these special yogis and is certain to be a very fun and rewarding week.
