'Release The Joy' Yoga Workshops

2 wonderful opportunities to enjoy an explorative and playful session of all things yoga, including meditation, breathing exercises, yoga nidra, and asana, with plenty of time to make the poses accessible and personal to your body.

The effect of working slowly and therapeutically in this way will enable you to feel a true sense of joy in the postures and deepen into your practice naturally and easily. These sessions are designed to give you a boost in confidence, energy levels and general wellbeing. A true winter retreat.
