Yoga Retreat with Nancy Stevenson

A combination of Hatha yoga, relaxation and fantastic food in the beautiful and restorative Shanti Centre in Italy. During the week I lead you on a yoga journey exploring a mixture of asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), meditation, and yoga nidra. I help you to build resilience and wellbeing through a holistic and balanced practice, encompassing mind, body and spirit. You are encouraged to develop and reflect upon your practice, exploring connections between body, breath and the world around us.

I have practiced yoga for over 25 years and have extensive and varied experiences of teaching yoga, gentle exercise and meditation (and of research into wellbeing). My classes are friendly and inclusive, providing a supportive space for people to flourish and create their own sustainable strategies for wellbeing.
