My yoga is based around all 7 chakras... working closely with the energy & organs.

We spend valuable time on joints and the pain they create, alignment of the wonderful vessel you live in - "your body" - and how we can create a pain free life.

The week ensures you learn about "you". In terms of style we will touch base on Hatha, kundalini, yin & restorative yoga. There will also be a focus on meditation, affirmations and mantras.
