The food served in the centre is vegetarian, home made and, where possible, home grown and organic.


If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when you make your booking. We can cater for wheat free/dariy free/vegan but there is an additional charge of €30 for this to cover extra preparation and ingredients. We cannot cater for medicinal diets.

Breakfast is served straight after the morning yoga class and consists of home made granola, yoghurt, fruit, freshly baked bread, home made jam, fruit juice and a selection of teas and coffee.

Lunch is ready at about 1:30pm and will typically be a buffet of salads, fresh bread, cheese and home made delights such as kalamata olive pate or slow roasted tomato quiche.

Dinner is usually at 7:30pm and features a main such as leek and asparagus risotto (see recipe below) followed by a light sweet - for example fresh strawberries with almond meringues and vanilla ice cream.
