I love sharing yoga with others. The style of yoga I practise and teach is alignment-based yoga, an embodied and practical approach to yoga, breathwork and meditation. As well as the physical practices, I use the teachings of yoga in all areas of my life and find my life is all the richer for it, I hope you will too.
